The following is a prayer you can say. When you say it, believe in your heart and confess or speak out the words from your mouth to God. When you are ready, He is ready to hear you.
(Holy Bible, Book of Romans, Chapter 10, verses 9 to 13)

it's as easy as ABC...

(A) – Admit Your Sin...
Heavenly God, I admit that I am a sinner and I’m sorry for my sin against you and the mistakes I have made, please forgive me.

(B) – Believe In Him...
Dear God, I believe that Jesus Christ, your only Son, died for me on the cross at Calvary and rose up from the grave on the 3rd day, so that all my sins, past and future, can be forgiven me no matter how bad they are.  Because I am accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour, I choose to believe that all my sins, past and future, have now been forgiven me forever, in Him”. If I sin again, please lead me into repentance of it."

(C) – Confess...
Father God, right now I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Please give me your Holy Spirit and help me to follow Jesus all the days of my Life”.

If you said this prayer from your heart and meant these words, Congratulations!!  You are now a part of Father God’s forever family as a son or daughter of the Most High God, through Jesus Christ. This gift of a true relationship with Holy God through Jesus Christ is now yours. What you do with it, is now up to you. Remember that no matter what, you are not alone. God is now with you always.
